Mental health has been a taboo subject for many years, but now that the stigma surrounding mental illness is fading, people are beginning to feel comfortable opening up about their struggles with depression, anxiety, and other conditions.

Mental health is not a one-size-fits-all topic. Everyone deals with mental health differently, and that’s OK. There are so many different types of people in the world, and everyone has their own struggles.
